UPS can frustrate you too! I placed an order with AG for Jess' tree swing and pjs, received 2 separate tracking numbers(one for the tree & one for the pjs).
I've been tracking them for days and today was the arrival for both packages. One of the packages(tree) came and the other did not-------but the UPS site stated both had arrived at their destination.
I checked the AG site again---and the pjs have a different tracking number from the first time I noticed that the order was completed. Now with the new UPS number, the pjs were tracked as just sent out this evening! G-r-r-r
DD said that the original Package was probably damaged by UPS and sent back to AG. Who knows!
